CEO at SECONI

Before co-founding SECONI, Lasse was Group CISO at STARK Group, one of the largest retailers and distributors of building materials in Europe. Lasse was responsible for information security across the group, including strategy, security execution, and reporting to management and the owners at CVC Capital.

Prior to his work at STARK, Lasse was CISO at Topsøe, a global provider of advanced technology and solutions for the energy transition. Lasse was responsible for information security, including strategy and reporting to management and the owners.

Lasse was also with DSB for 11 years, most recently as CISO, where he led the company's security transformation.

Before his work at DSB, Lasse was with Deloitte, serving as a consultant within audit for some of the largest companies in Denmark.

Lasse earned a BSc in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School.

CTO at SECONI

Before co-founding SECONI, Morten worked as a freelance Cloud Security Architect at APENTO, a Danish IT consultancy. There, he led security projects for some of Denmark’s largest organisations, specialising exclusively in Microsoft security technologies. He holds almost every Microsoft Security certification and is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Prior to APENTO, Morten served as an Infrastructure Solution Architect for Office 365 Enterprise Security and Compliance at MHI Vestas, where his primary focus was on Microsoft’s security portfolio.

He has also held the role of Manager, Infrastructure Architect, at Nordic Aviation Capital and, before that, worked at Knudsen Consulting as a consultant on large-scale Microsoft deployment projects for major Danish enterprises.

Morten’s IT journey began at EUC Midt (now Mercantec), where he was responsible for the student and faculty IT setup.

Cyber Security Engineer at SECONI

Villads is an upcoming Cyber Security talent, currently working as a Cyber Security Engineer with strong expertise and hands-on experience in Microsoft Security. With a solid foundation in Microsoft infrastructure, he specializes in modern cloud security solutions, including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Information Protection.

He is focused on leveraging the Microsoft security stack for Security Operations Centers (SOC), with a particular emphasis on onboarding and automating incident response in a modern, scalable way.

Villads is Microsoft Certified in Security.
